The agreement, signed at Eurosatory by Terma CEO Henriette Hallberg Thygesen and MBDA CEO Eric Béranger in the presence of Denmark’s Minister for Business and Competitiveness, Martin Lidegaard and French Minister Delegate for Industry Sébastien Martin builds on a longstanding partnership between the two companies.
The cooperation goes beyond traditional industrial participation and includes joint development activities in the naval domain. The agreement also creates significant export potential and will enable Terma and MBDA to develop new solutions that help allies strengthen their air defense capabilities and maritime security.
