The Iranian Red Crescent said 14 medical centres and nine of its affiliated facilities were damaged during recent attacks by Israel and the United States, Al Jazeera Arabic reported.
The organisation said the damage occurred as strikes intensified across several parts of Iran.
In a statement cited by Iranian media, the Red Crescent said the facilities were hit or affected during the bombardment, but it did not immediately provide details on casualties or the exact locations of the damaged centres.
